| Pal fabricator manufactures under crank shearing machines applicable for cutting to size general purpose ms and ss sheets/coils up to 6 mm thick. These machines come in a robust construction give accurate and maintenance free operation. The shearing machines are available with solid steel plate side frames for optimum strength and rigidity to withstand high-speed performance at full capacity. Lower knife bed is fabricated in a closed box type construction with a rigid backbone for shear and more strength additional ribs are added under the table. Cutter beam of these shearing machines is made of solid steel plates carrying the upper knife for ensuring lesser load on bearings due to minimum weight. Blades used in these shearing machines are premium quality 4 edged hchc grade. Key and clutches are made of alloy steel and ensure better and continuous operations with 3 key ways in the en-24 insert. All bearings and bushes used in these shearing machines are of pb 2 for longer life and low maintenance.
