| Dhopeshwar aluminium tanks are known for cost effective design and reliable fabrication technology. Fabrication protocol: the tank engineering starts with quality checks from raw material stage onwards. The raw materials [each plate] and consumables [argon and aluminium filler wires] are checked for purity before starting fabrication. The fabrication is done by adopting advanced tig and mig welding technology. Quality is closely supervised at every stage of fabrication. Type of aluminium tanks: cylindrical, horizontal [up to 20 kl], cylindrical, vertical [from 29 kl to 55 kl]; construction: 99.5% pure aluminium conforming to bis 19500/din 99.5 grade; capacities supplied from 5,000 liter to 55,000 liter, for storage of concentrated nitric acid [98%], acetic acid acetic anhydride. Main features: cost effective design and advanced fabrication technology resulting in extra long life and safety of storage.
