| Alfa systems provides titan slant 200m cnc slant bed lathes with high performance, high productivity and accuracy. Though the lathes are of small size can handle wide range of jobs and materials from small chucking jobs to shaft. The cnc slanted bed lathes have a high-speed spindle and rigid construction for improved surface finish and the combination with the optimum amount of tool stations and high cutting feed rates it offers increased productivity. The lathes are available with salient features like precision 40 mm bar capacity collet spindle; powerful 7.5 hp spindle drive; cut-to-cut time reduced with gang-tool configuration; no time lost on turret indexing; ten tools can be accommodated for small diameter workpieces; tools can be added or removed from any location; low-friction/ zero-station linear guideways for improved accuracy and part finishes; 10 m/ min rapid traverse rates; water or oil-base coolants; and coolant chiller.
