The company has developed pan cake load cell, which is constructed from heat treated stainless steel - 17-4 ph - suitable for harsh, corrosive and hygienic industrial applications. It is sealed with ip 68 degree of protection class and it has long life. It is available in capacities from 500 kgf to 100tf with safe over loading 150% of rated capacity. Standard output is 2.0 mv/v. Excitation voltage is 10v dc - maximum 15v dc, temperature compensated range is 0-60º c. Load cell 90610-t is available with integral thread and is easy to install. Applications includes force and impact test, tank level measurement, tank, silo and hopper weighing, weighbridge, low profile floor scale, tensile testing and automation applications in various industries like process, pharma, food, packaging, textile and many others. This model is also available with integral load button, model: 90610 - b with capacities from 50 kgf to 100 tf; and model: 90610 - mini, with capacities from 50 kgf to 1 tf. The company also designs this model to suit custom built applications. |
