Adi artech transducers offers round beam cantilever-type load cells for weigh, force measurement and automation applications. These load cells are constructed from 17-4 ph hardened stainless steel. They are sealed with stainless steel bellows, laser welded for harsh, corrosive and hygienic industrial applications. Environmental protection is ip68 class. The load cells are available from 5 kgf to 500 kgf capacities with safe overload 150 per cent of rated capacity. Rated output is 2mv/v. Accuracy of the load cells is 0.025 per cent of span. Applications include belt weighing, hopper weighing, auto bagging; and automation applications in various industries, like weighing, process, pharma, chemical, food, cement, fertiliser, dairy, robotics, packaging, textile and many others.
