| Accurate weighing machines offer batch weighing systems. Accuweigh batch weighing systems are capable of handling any number of materials. The microprocessor - based master controller facilitates complete automation such as operating a gate or controlling a vibrator with adjustable timers. The user via keyboard can programme the proportion of different materials. Any kind of on/off control logic based on weight, as a process parameter with multiple set points can be custom-designed. All systems incorporate an active watchdog circuitry based on modular construction. Various optional features like communication ports, ss load cells, relay banks can be added as per the requirements. Accurate weighing machines co manufactures a wide variety of mechanical, electronic and hybrid weigh scales and systems. They have supplied a number of systems for tank weighing, compression testing and on-line weight monitoring. They also supply electronic filling machines for liquids, gas and grease applications. The filling machines are supplied on a turnkey basis including valves and pneumatics as required. Using dual stage valves and sophisticated software for automatic in flight correction, the machines ensure fast fills with very high accuracy.
