| Lamba press & shears offers undercrank series guillotine shears. These guillotine shears are rated for their advanced design and built to machine tool standards with robust construction. With careful attention to lubrication, blade and clutch adjustment, the guillotine shears from lamba press & shears offer trouble free service. These guillotine shears are built with such precision that they insure low maintenance cost and smooth operation. The side frames of the guillotine shears are made of solid steel plates designed for maximum strength and rigidity. The bed of the shears is of box type steel welded construction. Supplementary ribs fitted under the table increase its strength. The cutter of the guillotine shears is also made of solid steel plates, carrying the upper knife. The minimum weight of the undercrank guillotine shears assures lesser load on the bearings. The upper beam moves in flat fabric based bakelite guide plates to prevent deflection, and maintains precise straightness of the upper knife. Steel fabricated spring loaded hold-down is furnished with the guillotine shears using plunger for effective gripping. The rolling key clutch is built of alloy steel for positive engagement and continuous operation with three key ways. The drive is through v-belts on the flywheel and other chain of gears made of cast iron, hob cut for smooth running and longer life. A constant spring loaded adjustable brake is provided with the undercrank guillotine shears from lamba press & shears. A single shot lubrication system included in the guillotine shears supplies oil to all the lubrication points, where necessary. The rigid and precise structure of the back gauge furnished with the guillotine shears allows consistency in the widths of sheet being cut.
