| Jaycee engineers manufactures air balance arm for fine balance between effectiveness and convenience. These air balance arm are available with a pneumatic operated hoist/balancer that can lift/float simultaneously. The company provides the air balance arm with tackle that is balanced and can be moved up and down without any effort in case of no load condition. The pneumatic supply in the air balance arm is switched on after the job is applied and the system in turned into a balancing/floating mode. This feature of the balancing arm provides the advantage of an effortless operation of guide the job up and down and thus improves productivity and profits. The company designs the air balancing arm indigenously and comes with features of mounted on single post; with 360 rotational freedom and can cover 4.5 metre dia area. The air balancing arm can be used for a] lifting and assembling from a trolley to assembly line like a crankshaft into the crankcase and b] to load heavy components on to cnc machines. The company supplies this air-balancing arm with 5 to 80 kg capacity and 500 to 1100 mm lift and float. These air balancing arms are also provided with various options like the arm can be fitted on a rotating column, a fixed column, fixed to the ceiling or fixed on a overhead trolley.
