The product range of samrat furnaces includes: pusher type reheating, walking beam/walking hearth, bogie hearth, bath furnaces, bell type, fast cooling system for bell type furnaces, roller hearth, hood type, continuous strand type, pit type, salt bath, muffle type, belt-conveyors, elevator type, melting furnaces for aluminum, furnaces for homogenizing, ageing, annealing of aluminum, low temperature ovens, and incinerators. Applications of the furnaces: reheating of slabs, billets, etc; heat treating for plates, sheets strips, bars, wires, pipes, tubes; heat treating of blanks, forgings, castings; annealing, normalising, recrystallisation, blueing, reheating, malleabilsing, etc; and dealing with many wastes, to reduce their harmful potentials and often to convert them to energy by application of heat.
