| Dynatech engg offers a range of tool room heat treatment furnaces in technical collaboration with solo furnaces of switzerland. These furnaces are available in different sizes and capacities and can harden all grades of tool steels like hss, d2, d3, ohns, h11, h13, h21, etc. Type: electric resistance and modular in structure. They are supplied with necessary accessories like quench station -oil/ gas/ salt/ water; tempering furnace-both air and atmosphere type; wash station, etc. These are batch furnaces, fitted with muffles which contain atmosphere of dissociated ammonia to give bright, non-scaled and no decarburized components-batch after batch. Low power rating and low atmosphere consumption make them ideal as a low cost but great quality hardening furnace system for tool steels especially for in-house and small tool rooms. Necessary ammonia dissociator is also supplied, if needed. Programmable pid eurotherm temperature controller with thyristor regulation ensures proper temperature control and programming for up to 50 program temperature segments. The furnace lines are modular and retrofitted with all the accessories even later, enabling small tool rooms to grow the heat treatment capacity. Dynatech engg also offers a range of vacuum heat treatment furnaces in technical collaboration with tav of italy.
