• Add to Inquiry Basket | Micro engineering works manufacture & introduce precision tapping machines [model phstm-m4-404] are versatile high-speed bench-type sensitive machines that make tapping upto 4mm diameter. The hardened & ground spindle is driven by a specially designed belt pulley arrangement powered with a fhp single-phase mains-operated motor to achieve high-speed tapping. These machines provide stepless electronic regulators to accomplish low & high rpm accordingly. Precision high-speed imported spindle bearings are housed in precise machine operation. Conveniently placed control, compact structure & precision geometry are other characteristics. The machines are used with three-jaw key tightening chuck. Frictionless felt mounted pulley drives hardened & ground main spindle rotating in bronze bearing. The precision tapping machines are equipped with screw depth stop adjustment in the swivel base. They operate on friction cone principle giving a degree pf sensitivity & flexibility to prevent breakage of taps, which is widely acclaimed in the field of instruments, watch making industries, auto industries, electrical industries & spectacle industries. |
