| Fluid power is a supplier of brazed plate heat exchangers in compact and efficient design. Features of the plate heat exchangers: they are corrosion resistant, non-toxic and durable ss 316 plates. The plate heat exchangers manufactured by fluid power are produced with corrugation patterns and depths that enhance the thermal performance by increasing the surface area and offer low flow resistance. Specifications of the plate heat exchangers manufactured by fluid power: the fluids flow counter-currently through the plate heat exchanger which is suitable for a working pressure of 30 bar and a working temperature of -195 225°c. The unit can be cleaned without dismantling by a reverse flow cleaning or by addition of suitable cleaning solutions. It has no gaskets and no leaks. In comparison with a tubular heat exchanger, with the same performance, it requires only 40% space. The reason for that is the plate heat exchangers have 75% more heat transfer surface area. Applications of the plate heat exchangers manufactured by fluid power: kaori brazed plate heat exchangers can be utilized for a wide range of gaseous and non-clogging liquid media in different processes of refrigeration and air conditioning [evaporator or condenser]; they can be used in chemical and pharmaceutical industries, food and beverage industries and dairy units, sugar mills, steel plants, etc; these heat exchangers can be used for heating, cooling and evaporation of water, acids, alkalis, emulsions, dispersion and thermal processing of other aqueous solution and hydraulic oil cooling, etc.
