| Emmaar equipments manufactures automatic heatless air dryers with heavy-duty purge exhaust mufflers for quiet operation consisting of one pre-filter, an activated carbon filter and an after-filter. These air dryers are also available with two columns of alumina adsorbers, pressure gauge, safety valve, solenoid valve, and diaphragm type blow down valve, control panel and timer. The air- dryer has a mounted base and supplied with by-pass line. The pre-filter of the dryer is fitted with 5 micron rated ceramic filter elements and dry air coming out of the after-filter will have a dew point of minus 40ºc, from where it is taken to various points of application. The dryer operates on 10 minutes cycle time by means of a precision timer that any one tower will be under adsorption for 5 minutes and regeneration for 5 minutes. Dry air is sent for re-generation under any circumstances will not exceed 10-12 per cent of the inlet airflow rate. These air-dryer come with technical specifications like capacity- up to 4000 cfm fad, working pressure- 12 kg/cm2. These machines have salient features of having re-usable ceramic filter elements to be used in the pre-filter and after filter, resulting in reduction of maintenance cost, tower diameter and length are selected to ensure sufficient contact time to prevent desiccant fluidisation and to save the heat of absorption, front-mounted control panel, power on light, on/off switch, separate fill and drain ports for easy desiccant replacement.
