Emmaar equipment offers fully automatic heatless type air driers. They include one pre-filter, an activated carbon filter and an after-filter. It also includes two columns of alumina adsorbers, pressure gauge, safety valve, solenoid valve, diaphragm type blow down valve, control panel and timer. The dryer is base mounted and is also offered with a by-pass line. The pre-filter is set with 5 micron rated ceramic filter elements and dry air coming out of the after-filter will have a dew point of minus 40ºc, from where it is taken to various points of application. The dryer makes operation on 10 minutes cycle time using a precision timer like, any one tower will be under adsorption for 5 minutes and regeneration for 5 minutes. Dry air that is sent for regeneration, under any circumstances will not exceed 10-12 percent of the inlet airflow rate. Air dryer has following technical specifications:
capacity: up to 4000 cfm fad
working pressure: 12 kg/cm2g. High pressure models are also available.

-tower diameter and length are selected to assure sufficient contact time to prevent desiccant fluidisation and to save the heat of absorption.
