Cotton yoga mats are fabricated from 100% cotton. These mats have the capability to absorb sweat and prevent from slipping during practice. These rugs are very effective for ashtanga, hatha flow, power yoga, and bikram yoga. These are also useful for "hot" yoga. They can be used on top of the yoga mat for extra padding. It also keeps the rugs firmly with the floor. Each rug is 72" long by 26" wide. They have also natural latex backing with matching colours. The rugs require to be washed in cold water and should not be put in the dryer.
