| Kejriwal machineries manufacturessupplies an automatic side seal bag-making machine, pb 700, which is designed speciallyspecificaly for high production of thin bags. The machine converts hm hdpe and polypropylene into poly bags and career bags. The machine has an unwinder that is a roll loading station consistingcomprising of sturdy steel plates fabricated with the main frame. A set of rubberised nip roller with variable speed drive having an automatic feed control is providedoffered for regular feed followed by triple dancers for uniform tension control. The main drive consists of a set of rubberised nip rollers mounted on heavy steel plates, being driven by variable speed 4 ac frequency motor actuated by magnetic/ mechanical clutching and breaking system. Conveyor consists of sturdy endless nylon belts, guided by idlers, driven by variable speed 4 ac frequency motor. A steel table is provided for the stacking of bags with magnetic bag guides. The technical specifications of the machine are as follows: maximum sealing width: 675 mm minimum draw length: 75 mm maximum draw length: 700mm speed: 60 to 100 shots min [depending on the draw length] maximum reel diameter: 700 mm total connected load: 3 k w overall dimensions: 3900 x 1400 x 1000 mm.
