• Add to Inquiry Basket | Syndicate machines offers a complete range of engineering, metal cutting, fabrication, work shop, wood working and garage machines includes precision center lathe.
Product features :
bed : the bed is made of `a` grade casting duly processed with 180[approx.] bhn hardness. The bed is well cut ground and strictly inspected with microlevel and straight edge.
head stock : new improved square design, upper counter type, height of center is 215 mm and precision bearings are used. Boaring of head stock done on wmw boaring machine. Double v belt drive is provided.
main spindle : made of en - 8 alloy steel with hardening and grinding. The main spindle is supported on heavy taper roller bearings nos. 32213 & 32214
saddle : well scrapped having the surface and compound screw made of en - 8 steel.
apron : a four walled closed type with oil sump apron having the best quality gears. Precision bearings and bronze metal bush is fitted for smooth operation. Sliding and surfacing feeds can be engaged by tightening a star engaging leaver at appropriate position.
tailstock : hexagonal shaped body with a tool tray on it. Tailstock spindle of 50 mm dia. Hardened and ground made of en - 8 steel having external & internal grinding with mt - 3 internal taper is provided. It can be off set for taper turning.
