| Ranbar electrical materials inc of usa provides ranvar 2000. This insulating varnish isa high performance co-polymer electrical ranvar varnish, based on new technology. This 100% reactive polymer has the bond strength, humidity and chemical resistance of an epoxy, yet has electrical properties, thermal endurance and price structure of a polyester. Ranvar 2000 has some technical features which include: is a single component, resilient, chemical and moisture resistant, voc compliant, proprietary co-polymer which can be applied by vacuum pressure impregnation, static dip and bake, trickle or roll through;excellent varnish penetration is ensured by the low viscosiy of the product into coil areas of electrical apparatus. The cure time and cure temperatures for this new varnish are much improved over other commercially available products. A range of utilization approaching the universal electric varnish is provided by the combination of properties and performance features of ranvar 2000.
