Cosmos impex provides feeler ftc-20 cnc turning centre. It is specially designed for any production turning requirements. The main features of the machine are hydraulic chucking, hydraulic tailstock, hydraulic turret and high stiffness thk-make linear motion guideways on x and z axes for better speed and accuracies. Either 8" or 10" hydraulic power chuck with a2-6 spindle nose is provided by the turning centre. It has maximum turning diameter of 350 mm with spindle power of 15 kw [opt 18.5 kw] and spindle speed of 4,500 rpm. Hydraulic turret of 8-station with 0.3 sec indexing time per station and indexing accuracy of 0.003 mm are also the important features of the system. It provides ftc-20 either with fanuc 01-mate or fanuc oi-tc cnc controller. Tool setter, which is provided optionally to register tool data during larger production batches with tight dimensional tolerances. To handle bar-stock the bar-feeder interface and finished parts catcher are also supported by the machine. The machine has several versatile features such as oil-coolant separation system, two-stage clamping force etc. The machine is provided with 8 or 12 station tool disc.
