• Add to Inquiry Basket | Cosmos impex [india] manufactures feeler fmh-500 horizontal machining centre. Some of the salient features of these machining centers are 500 x 500 mm square pallet with working envelope larger than similar machine; 680 x 650 x 650 mm x, y, z axes travel allow safe machining of work piece with 650 mm diameter and 800 kg weight, mounted on machine pallet and twin pallet with standard 24 m16 tapped holes for easy clamping of work piece/fixture to the pallet. The horizontal machining center can manufacture automotive components and other high volume commodities. These machines come with technical specifications like 15 hp, 8000 rpm, bt 40 taper spindle; 30 m/min rapid traverse; 8,000 mm/min programmable feed rate; 40 tools tool changer; rotary pallet changer with 4 sec tool change and 6 sec pallet change time and long chip screw conveyor with main chip conveying system enhancing machine productivity. The company also provides additional accessories like coolant thr` spindle, automatic tool-length measurements, touch probe, fmh-500 with fanuc 21i-mb cnc controller with horizontal machine centers. |
