Alpha process engineers manufactures a sophisticated mixing machine which performs multiple mixing functions simultaneously. This multi-agitator system usually comes as a 3-in-1 configuration, the range of agitators selected from emulsifier, homogeniser, disperser, toothed colloid mill, sinus mixer and scraper-stirrer, depending on the mixing ingredients and functions to be carried out. The equipment is suited for fluid, semi-fluid, viscous paste and creamy products in pharmaceutical, cosmetics, toiletries, food, paint, chemicals, silicone rubber-based sealing compounds, perfumery, flavour textile dyes and pigments, ink industries, etc. The mixing bowl could be fixed-type with the drive-head raised/lowered. Alternatively, the bowl could be raised/lowered, keeping the dried-head fixed. The machine is offered in batch sizes of 500 to 2,000 litres.
