Agro engineers manufactures and offers industrial gear boxes [helical gear type] that conform to international quality needs. The helical gear reducer housing is usually made of close grain cast iron or structural steel. These are rugged, corrosion resistant and absorb shock and vibration. The reducer gearing is helical type made from high quality alloy steel, hobbed, gas carburised, tempered and surface finish to class 10 agma quality that leads to a very good efficiency and a quiet working condition. The shafts are from alloy steel forging or bars heat treated. Low speed shafts can be solid or hollow type. Bearings are fitted on a ground journal and are spherical roller and/or taper roller type. Apart from standard range, gear boxes are also tailor made to suit individual requirement or as per specifications provided. They are available in centre distances from 140 mm to 750 mm; single stage or multiple stage reduction; ratio from 2:1 to 625:1; tailor-made as per specification, drawings or samples; for automobile and industrial uses; outer diameter from 25 mm/3" to 2000 mm/78"; and with teeth size of 1 module.
