Micromeritics engineers pvt. Ltd. Presents twin shaft mixers with specially designed impeller, trifoil blade, and hydraulic blade. The company provides the twin shaft mixers with feature of variable speed system and are equipped with hydraulic drive and flame proof electricals. Some of the other specifications of the twin shaft mixers include
frame constructed from mild steel sections and provided with foundation holes.
Head consisting drive system and shaft assembly is fitted with moving column, guided by bush fixed on frame top. Head can be raised and lowered by motorised system
Vessel made of steel, dished and provided with wheels
Drive arrangement consists slow speed shaft and high-speed shaft, each supported on individual bearing housing. Extension slow speed shaft is fitted with trifoil type blade and high-speed mixer shaft fitted with disc impeller. Each shaft has its own drive arrangement. Drive from main motor to gearbox provided through pulley belt arrangement.
Stainless steel contact parts, vacuum pump arrangement, variable speed system & flame proof electricals are optional at extra cost
Spare vessel at extra costs
