| Auram engineers offers model spmd special purpose easy-to-operate, maintenance free multi- drilling/tapping machine which are column multispindle drilling/tapping machines. These drilling/tapping machines are available in a rigid construction, ms fabricated structure, stress relieved with swarf collection tray and coolant passage [drain] built in the base structure. The spindle specifications of the drilling/tapping machine come with technical specifications such as 2.2 kw or 3.7 kw spindle motor power or as per requirement; 1000 rpm or 1500 rpm spindle motor; mt 4 internal spindle nose taper; timer belt, reduction ratio 1:3/or suitable spindle drive; option 1: infinitely variable within range 50 - 1000 rpm spindle speed range; option 2: speeds within range 160 - 1000 rpm through set of timer pulleys; 30-300 mm/min hydraulic feed; 1800 mm/min forward rapid; 2000 mm/min return rapid; 1250 kgf spindle thrust maxallowable. The company provides the drilling/tapping machine along with standard accessories such as tool kit drill drift, hydraulic power pack with feed cylinder, lubrication system, coolant collection tray, control panel with standard cycle, antivibration pads and instruction manual.
