| Guhring india manufactures carbide, pcd and high speed steel cutting tools, tooling systems and tungsten carbide products. Drill/chamfer tool combination is an economical option if larger diameters with varying drilling depths are to be produced in small batches. Model specifications of the drill/chamfer tools manufactured by guhring india: there are two models: i] fs 300 - high-tech-tool with hydraulic chuck, developed for high accuracy requirements and for modern machining centers. Play-free, concentric clamping of drill and chamfer collar in hydraulic chuck, therefore suitable for hsc. Only one screw needs to be tightened. A further advantage is the minimum danger of collision because the external diameter of the chamfer collar is only marginally larger than that of a standard hydraulic chuck; and ii] fr 90: a simple and cost efficient design for conventional machining methods. The fr 90 can be clamped directly on any standard drill [especially carbide straight shank ratio drills].
