| Ajex & turner india ltd. Offers polycrystalline [pcd] diamond and carbide wire drawing dies for copper, aluminium, brass, bronze, stainless steel, nickel, and tungsten from rod to finish size. Ajex wire drawing dies are effectively used on most non-ferrous metals. With copper, aluminium and coated soft metals, ajex wire drawing dies can achieve economic performances of 200 times better than tungsten carbide.. The introduction of ajex polycrystalline diamond with its fine polish capability mostly benefits stainless steel, both wire and tubing. The dies is produced by sintering together carefully selected synthetic diamond particles in the presence of a metallic phase using very high temperature and ultra-high pressure so that diamond-to diamond bonding occurs. The diamond core of the device is supported in a ring of tungsten carbide and has very high wear resistance combined with strength and resistance to cracking and bursting. Ajex wire drawing dies are proficient and can outperform dies containing natural diamonds or tungsten in a wide range of applications.
