| Thermotech industries suppliesoffers a range of tubes. These tubes find their for application in boilers and heat exchangers, etc. In continuous spiral `g` type fins, the strip is tension wound into a machined groove over the base tube material. This ensures maximum heat transfer at high temperature. Maximum operating temperature - 450°c; fin material - aluminium, carbon steel or stainless steel; and tube material - carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, etc. Technical data ofspecifications for `g` type fins include: base tube diameter - w to 2" [19.05 mm to 51] mm]; fin height and thickness - 3/8" to 5/8" [10 mm to 16 mm] thick - 0.4 mm to 1 mm; and fin pitch 5 fins/inch to 10 fins/inch [196 fins/mtr to 394 fins/mtr]. In continuous spiral `g` type fins, the strip is tension wound into a machined groove over the base tube material which provides maximum heat transfer at high temperature. Maximum operating temperature - 450°c; fin material - aluminium, carbon steel or stainless steel; and tube material - carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, etc.
