| G. K. Tea industrial corporation offers mc intosh sorter, which is used for sorting or grading. It has a steel cage that is spacious enough to keep five wooden trays adjusted with wire meshes. This cage moves with the help of crankshaft. A motor is used to operate the crankshaft. The sorter is provided with chute assembly of seven discharge mouths. This assembly is manufactures using galvanized sheet and light angle iron. It discharges the teas. The assembly is fitted with the cage. There are seven interchangeable trays for sorting teas. The company also offers additional wooden trays. The machine requires greasing at regular intervals. It comes with following technical specifications: power: 1.5 kw/2 h.P., capacity: 1200 kgs./hr., floor area: 3.435 m x 1 m, height: 1.8 m, r.P.M: 245 to 250, gross wt.: 1180 kgs., net wt.: 705 kgs.
