The company supplies these process plants and machineries for chemical, paint, inks, pharmaceuticals, minerals, food and related industries. The company manufactures three-roll mill for grinding and dispersing of inks, paints, chocolates, carbon pastes, polymers, rubber, coatings, etc. The three roll milling machine comprise of three rollers operating at different speeds among which the first two rolls are fed with material and discharged from the final roll by a scrapper blade. The paste passing between the rolls goes through high stress and frictional forces, resulting in breaking and separation of particle to produce a finely dispersed film. Some of the salient features of the three roll mills are manual or hydraulic gap adjustment and independent cooling of rollers by water circulation facility. These three roll milling machines come with rollers of ss 304 or chilled cast iron construction.
