Humidity oven are manufactured by erection & instrumentation engineers, conforming to standard specifications, designed specially for climatic and durability tests, where the rh value is above freezing point. These are used for drying environment of plant, animal growth, investigation of vapour proofing of packed material, determination of die-electric strength, insulation test of electronic component, mechanical assemblies, paints, etc. The triple walled oven`s exterior is made of heavy gauge ms with durable powder coating paint in pleasant shade and interior made of polished stainless steel or anodised aluminium. This ovens are having superior thermo fibre board/puf insulation. It gives a full view inner glass door with metal frame to inspect the specimen from outside without disturbing the specimen or loosing the temperature of the chamber is also provided, outer door is of massive construction having seals against atmospheric infiltrations by rubber gasket. Air circulation arrangement is done with the help of suction blower with turbo fhp motor. The temperature range is from 5 c to 50 c/5 c above ambient to 50 c, which is controlled by micro controller for wet and dry both with dual digital led display with pt 100 sensor, having control accuracy of 1 c or better. Humidity range is from 40% to 05% rh with the method of steam injection, humidity derived by dry and wet bulb principles with accuracy of 3% rh. Hermetically sealed kirloskar or equivalent compressor
