The permanent magnetic chutes contain the following characteristics:
The permanent magnetic chutes are used for the extraction of fine iron contamination from dry free-following materials such as cereals, chemicals, food-stuffs etc.
They are also used for the treatment of powders containing small percentages of fine ferrous contamination.
Elektromag permanent magnetic chute type separators are of all-metal construction with non-ferrous metal sides.
Chute type separators are available in standard width, of 200 mm 300 mm and 400 mm and 4 pole units are generally used.
Standard stationary chutes are supplied without hoppers or with hoppers as required. Where material does not flow easily on the chute, mechanical agitation by means of vibrating action can be provided.
Where precise steplessly-controlled feed is required, the chute can be provided with electromagnetic vibrating feeders.
Totally enclosed dust proof designs are available.
Chutes can also be provided with totally enclosed patterns and flanged inlet and outlet for connection to trunking.
