Control signals offers bin transport cum assembly stations [series aws-bt]. These bin transport/assembly station are custom-designed for mass pcb assembly operation. These stations comprises of a transport system for moveable component bins, long wearing synthetic tabletop and electronic control module for automatic/manual actuation of the bins and diffused, glare-free light source for maximum visibility and comfort. A trouble-free transport system leads moveable component bins to the flap/window opening on the top work plane. The bin indexing can be either automatic or manual. These stations can be coupled with conveyor rails to form a complete insertion line. Model al-p-18 is used for conveying pcb assemblies that are pallet/carrier mounted. They are fully adjustable from 4" to 18" to suit different pallet sizes. Work plane angle is adjustable between 50 to 120 for ease of component insertion and component stability. Each 12 feet line can accommodate a maximum of 5 operators and bin stations. Model al-b-15 is used for conveying pcb assemblies without carriers. These are fully adjustable for pcbs 2" to 15 wide. Standard 12 ft line can form a five-operator insertion line.
