Insta controls introduces thermal overload protectors [top] that virtually fit into the smallest motor, transformer or any other switching temperature. Whenever the equipment gets hot and the switching temperature of the top is completed the contact of top changes. Automatic operation makes it a fail-safe and tamper-proof device. Features: miniature size of 10 mm diameter, different current ratings - 3a, 7a, & 14a continuous, wide range of switching temperatures: -60ºc to 160ºc., no insulation sleeve needed as the body of top isolated. Teflon wire leads capable of withstanding very high temperatures, excellent accuracy and higher life due to separate current carrying, temperature sensing and switching discs, temperature sensing disc never under mechanical or electrical stress. These find application in single-phase motors, mono bloc/jet pumps/submersible pumps, fhp motors, domestic appliances such as hair dryers, mixers, washing machines, etc.
