Discharge machining fluid is superior quality dielectric fluid based on specially processed low aromatic, light colored hydrocarbon feedstocks. It has a narrow boiling range, low viscosity and high flash point, thereby ensuring very low level of fumes, high operational safety and economy in usage. It is completely non toxic and safe for skin contact. It is odour free for maximum operator comfort. Discharge machining fluid is recommended for all electro-discharge machining and spark erosion operations, including roughing, fine-finishing and super finishing. It ensures prolonged life for grinding wheels, honing stones and electrodes.
