| New india electricals offers metering pumps and dosing pumps. These pumps are positive displacement reciprocating plunger type or diaphragm type pumps with ability to vary the capacity manually or automatically as process conditions demand. These positive displacement-reciprocating pumps operate when the reciprocating motion is transferred to a plunger by a worm shaft and worm wheel mechanism. The pumps are capable of pumping any viscous fluids with a constant discharge pressure irrespective of suction pressure variations. They are designed to deliver flow streams at adjustable and controllable rates. These are available in various capacities starting from a few ml/hr to 6000 ltr/hr and can develop pressures up to 200 kg/cm2. The pumps are made from ci, ss304, ss316, alloy 20, pp, and ptfe, etc. The unique feature of these pumps is that the flow can be adjusted from 0 to 100% anywhere while the pump is running or in stand-by position. These pumps are used for various applications in high-pressure systems where low flow rates in ml or ltr/hr are required, injecting certain amount of liquid at a fixed rate or variable rate into a system. These can be used in chemical industries, beverages, diary, pharmaceutical, pulp, paper, petrochemicals and textile industries. They are also used in effluent treatment plants, water treatment plants, and other dosing systems.
