| New india electricals manufactures positive displacement self-priming and non-clogging rotary screw pumps comprising of two parts, the rotor [rotation part] and the stator [stationary part]. The rotor part of the pumps is like a threaded screw with a deep thread and a narrow core and the stator has twice the pitch of the rotor. The pumps operates with result - cavities from inlet port to outlet port transferring the liquid from the suction to discharge side between stator and turning rotor. These rotary screw pumps come in capacities ranging from 2 to 200 m3/hr and pressures up to 24 bar and are suitable for temperatures of 30 to 200°c. These pumps can find applications in sugar industry for viscous molasses, melt magma, syrup and grain slurry. These rotary screw pumps are also ideal for use in swage treatment plants, food industries, breweries, refineries, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry sectors. The company also providess multistage boiler feed pumps, ss, pp process pumps, magnetically sealed process pumps, ansi and iso standard end suction back pullout pumps, barrel and drum pumps, special internal and external gear pumps, vertical and horizontal multistage pumps, shuttle block pumps, lobe pumps, din standard back pullout and horizontal split casing pumps.
