| Measuretest corporation providessupplies fpcc series of three-function monobloc machines from chase logeman corporation, usa, createddesigned for aseptic assembly of plastic dropper tip dispensing containers such as opthalmic, diagnostic, food colour and similar containers. An obvious benefit of the fpcc is that it fills and, inserts the dropper tip .And it applies the screw cap in successive operations., while but the normally unstable container is under firm control in the starwheel of the machine. The container of the screw capping machine is completely closed before it is returned to the conveyor. The automatic liquid filling machine is also ideal for inserting rubber stoppers into serum vials and it also . It controlshandles most container shapes and materials-flat plugs, dropper tips, brush/cap combinations, tamper evident caps, daubers, eye dropper assemblies, etc. The system is able to process capable of processing up to 70 containers per minute. Other models of these machines are available for higher production rates or filling/plugging only or filling/capping only operations. No there are no system such as container-no fill, no container-no plug or cap, no cap-no torque protection system is incorporated. Automatic shut down and operator alert occurs when if, no containers are being processed for a predetermined time period ,automatic shut down and operator alert occurs. This is one of a range of chase logeman filling systems for the pharmaceutical industry which containsincludes tray loading, tray unloading, accumulating, unscrambling, filling, plugging, capping, stoppering, vacuum stoppering, and sealing machines.
