Square technology pvt ltd presents decelerators for heavy equipment, like cement plants, rolling mills, turbines, etc. Special combination of modular discs, with multiple braking elements are custom engineered to match motors from 100 to 2000 kw or more, with/without speed reduction and associated heavy inertia equipment and can be installed directly on reduced speed location with torque rating of 20 to 2000 nm. Singlepiece discs are built up to 2500 mm diameter and segmented version in still larger size. Multiple disc arrangement can achieve braking capacity of 10000 nm torque a special alloy steel is used for discs and the unique heat treatment and design gives long trouble-free performances, even in dusty environment. Floating pressures cylinders are interconnceted for standard application. Simultaneous hydro-pneumatic circuits are used for complex, multi parameter activated remote operation. Braking sequences can be programmed with other system parameters, giving 4-20 ma or any other output, matching computer interface for breaking torque setting from 0-100 per cent.
