Transparent technologies pvt. Ltd. Specializes in manufacturing fluidized bed incinerator which are used for destruction of biological wastes in hospitals, burning inorganic or organic wastes e.G. Paints. Some of special features of this machine are:
High thermal efficiency at an affordable price.
No blockage of air distribution nozzles and problems associated with it.
Air exhaust from high efficiency cyclone and wet scrubber for air cleaning.
Large sand volume gives uniform and consistent ignition.
For complete incineration of matter after burner is provided.
Pre-heat burner.
By providing heat recuperators, large amount of waste heat can be recovered in the form of hot air / hot water / steam etc.
Adequate cleaning access and viewing windows.
The machine has multi-purpose use like for hot air generation following options are possible for fuel - fo, ldo, hsd, gas and agro-fuel. Pollution control or air cleaning system can be done by cyclone / multiclones / bag filter / wet scrubber.
