These dryers provide clean drying for bulk drugs, chemicals, dyestuffs, explosives, herbal products, metal powders, pesticides, and polymer products. These rotary vacuum dryers operates under vacuum and help to dry heat sensitive materials. These are provided with motor and gearbox to drive the central shaft. These dryers are also equipped with dust catcher, condenser vacuum pump etc. These dryers come with following features:
Lowest energy consumption
Higher thermal efficiency
Almost 100% recovery of solvents
Heating temparature: from 300 c to 3000 c
Evaporation rate: 4-12 kg/hr/sq. Meter of heating surface area of water at heating temperature of 1000 c.
