• Add to Inquiry Basket | Blast carboblocks provides falling film recovery system. Chemical reactions releasing hcl1 gas are common in chemical process industry. These hcl gas are abosorbed and made to concentrated hcl gas. Absorption of hc1 gas to make concentrated hc1this solution offers dual benefits of meeting environment protection standards and value recovery. Owing to high heat of solution of hc1 gas, the absorption has to be with cooling. The use of packed bed scrubber and a cooler for obtaining 30% hc1l involves high pumping cost due to the limitation of permissible temperature rise per pass for effective absorption. Hence, bcaffa type equipment is more energy efficient. In a single pass hc1 solution concentration of 30% is achieved.In a single pass. Simultaneous cooling provides better absorption than conventional packed bed systems with external cooling. Maximised absorption surface per litre of absorbent -liquid in circuit. It has a compact in size, long service life and zero effluent generation.
