Stead fast engineers manufactures induction furnace incorporating diodes cooled by self-designed and manufactured copper chillers for their better life. The furnace comes with a user-friendly panel fitted with excellent quality meters and led[s]. The induction furnace can display the operating parameters and make fault detection easier. The self-designed dc choke of the furnaces ensure constant current flow to the inverter. High efficiency copper coil in these furnaces helps in achieving optimum melting. Mechanical support and low resistance is provided by heavy hydraulically pressed yokes. The company also provides high-speed fuses for converter protection. Generator and tuning capacitors cooled by dm water, plate type heat exchanger, electronic control cards with integrated circuits and teflon cables in panel wiring are some of the important elements of the furnace.
