Their range of products are used in industries such electricals, electronics, mobile communication, instrumentation, automobile, aerospace, plastics case moulding, construction etc. The different types of brass insert available are brass threaded inserts, brass knurled inserts, brass inserts for plastics, brass inserts for wood and clipboard, ultrasonic range of brass inserts etc. The following are the distinct features of these inserts:
1. threads as per international go & not go standards.
2. deep groove for maximum pull out resistance.
3. inner diameter [i/d] after threads with very close tolerance to prevent unnecessary flush to enter into the brass inserts.
4. knurling available in diamond, straight & unidirectional shapes.
5. both blind and through brass inserts are available with no minimum qty.
6. any special brass material composition as per customers requirement
7. contains iso metric [mm threads], ba, bsw [inches], unc, unf or any as per custom design.
8. natural, nickel plated, tin plated coating for brass nuts, hex full nuts, hex lock nuts, hex rivet nut, square nuts and wing nuts.
9. length begins from m2 or equivalent threads and up to any size as per custom design or requirement
Used in instrumentation, telecommunications, and other plastic cases assembly.
