| Dynemech systems pvt ltd provides burnishing tool. The basic idea of a burnishing process is plastic deformation of material by applying a relatively small force. Roller burnishing is a cold working process in which highly polished and hardened rollers roll over the surface and high peaks of the surface roughness flows into the cavities, thereby imparting smooth surface finish of the order of 0.05 ?m ra and close dimensional tolerance. The pressure required for roller burnishing depends on various factors like tensile strength of the material, surface toughness before and after roller burnishing, ductility, shape of the rolls and diameters. Dynemech systems manufactures internal burnishing tools, external burnishing tools, carbide roller burnishing tools and taper burnishing tools that provide a cost effective method to achieve a superior surface finish.
