• Add to Inquiry Basket | Dynemech systems supplies roller burnishing tools. roller burnishing is a cold working process that has demonstrated applications in the material processing and manufacturing arenas. Besides being used for providing mirror finish and accurate sizing of internal and external diameters of various metal components, it finds applications in bearing seating in machine tools, pump/electric motor and covers, fuel injection pumps, water body, rocker arms, door closers, valves/valve seats, connecting rods, cylinder blocks, fan, mixie bushes, bearing housings, shafts and pins, automobile accessories, gun barrels, piston gp holes and wherever high dimensional tolerance and glossy finish is required. Dynemech series dst/dsb [dst-thru bore series; dsb-blind bore] series is designed to burnish short bore while series-dt/db [dt-thru bore series; db-blind bores series] is designed to burnish long thru and blind bores up to 60 mm, respectively. Dynemech series dst/dsb [dst-thru bore series; dsb-blind bore series] is designed to burnish internal short bores, while series dpo/dso is designed to burnish outside diameter of plain and stepped cylindrical parts. |
