• Add to Inquiry Basket | Fuji air tools [india] supplies pneumatic vacuum cleaners model apc-500-1. These cleaners are placed on the lid of a drum of 200 litres capacity. One side of the cleaners is connected to air supply and the other is connected to a two metres long suction hose, and one metre long suction pipe. These connections help to ease the movement of the suction pipe. At the time of air supply the units provides a strong vacuum force and absorbs the dirt, dust and powder on the floor. The absorbed materials are then collected in the drums and the remaining air exists through the drum lid. As the vacuum cleaners have no working parts any type of maintenance is not required. Theses cleaners have huge applications. These are used in a cluster of machines to suck the small chips, burr particles and grinding dust. They can also be used for absorbing the excess sand, frettling burr, etc in the foundries and forging shops. They have the ability to absorb the coolant and oil from machine beds, and absorb spilled over coolant and other chemicals from the shop floor because it contains special suction hose and pipes. |
