Dynacast is leading supplier of precision engineering components globally with 20 manufacturing facilities spread across 17 countries. Dynacast manufacturing technology uses proprietary dynacast hot chamber multi-slide zinc alloy die casting machines that produce tight tolerance parts at high speeds with cost effectiveness. The dynacast high technology die has limited number of cavities to facilitate exceptional part-to-part uniformity and tolerance control whereas the raw material is virgin zinc alloy conforming to international standards. The proprietary design of the company utilizes multi-slide, crosshead tooling system for very complex forms to be produced in one-process step, to tolerances measured in microns with high volume consistency. Cad and pro-e are as standard approach used for designing tools.
