| R mansukhlal suppliesoffers different types of fixtures, viz, indexing, non-indexing, chuck type, collet type, vertical, vertical and horizontal universal, etc. Model nicf is one of the model of the fixtures and is a non-indexing collet fixture for holding job in collets for machining on different machine tools such as drilling machines, milling machines, etc. For collets, different types of fixtures are available which include: traub a-25 [max capacity 25 mm or 1], traub a-42 [max capacity 42 mm or 1.5/8] and herbert 2d [max capacity 38 mm or 1-1/2].These fixtures can also be supplied suitable for any other type of collet as per customers` requirements. This fixture can also be used on lathe machines. This lathe can becan be advantageously used for second operation machining. The steel sleeve which holds the collet and collet closing nut are made up of alloy steel and hardened and ground properly. These fixtures are available for collets of traub a-25 [max capacity 25 mm or 1], traub a-42 [max capacity 42 mm or 1.5/8] and herbert 2d [max capacity 38 mm or 1-1/2].These fixtures can also be supplied suitable for any other type of collet as per customers` requirements.
