R mansukhlal & company offers precision micro boring heads. These are available in two different sizes. Boring cap with standard boring bars of bh-320 is ranging from15 mm to 320 mm and that of bh- 140 is from 10 mm to 140 mm. In both the cases, minimum cut adjustment [radially] is 0.01 mm. Overall size without shank of bh-320 is 70 mm x 80 mm x 90 mm [w x l x h] and that of bh-140 is 70 o/d x 60 height. Bh-320 weighs 3.5 kg while bh-140 weighs 1 kg. The standard shanks available are morse taper and iso. All other shanks are made to order. Boring bars and shanks are hardened and ground. It has precisely lapped sliding surface. .
