| R mansukhlal & company has manufactured universal boring and facing heads. These are suitable for carrying out facing, boring, turning, recessing and taper turning in conjunction with axial feed of boring machines. Threading operation can also be carried out provided the boring machine is equipped with a lead screw. Standard shank morse taper and iso are available. Other shanks to meet specific requirements can also be offered. There are two models available viz. - bfh 162 with boring range of 0-162 mm and maximum slide travel of 22 mm; and, bfh 350-with boring range of 0-350 mm and maximum slide travel of 30 mm. Least count in both the cases is 0.01 mm. Bfh 162 has one auto feed whereas bfh 350 ar has three auto feed. Bfh 350ar has preset auto release system and floating zero dial [to bring the dial to zero reading without affecting slide]. Bfh 162 hs tool hole dia of 12 mm and bfh 350ar of 20 mm.
